BIO mushrooms – we meet the highest standards. Mushrooms available all year round.
White mushrooms – appreciated for their delicious taste and aroma, available all year round. Sizes 20-100 mm, packed in boxes of 1,35 kg; 1,37 kg; 2,27 kg and scale pans of 250g, 400g, 500g.
White flat mushrooms – an integral part of the famous British Breakfast! Available all year round in sizes of 70-150 mm. Packed in boxes of 1,35 kg; 1,5 kg; 1,81 kg and scale pans of 250g, 400g.
Brown mushrooms – available all year round, with a much stronger aroma. Available all year round in sizes of 20-60 mm. Packed in boxes of 1,35 kg; 2,25 kg; 2,5 kg; 3kg.
Portobello - available all year round in sizes 60-150 mm. Packed in boxes of 1,5 kg; 2 kg and scale pans of 250g, 400g, 500g..
Rizen mushrooms - favourite mushroom in German and French cuisine. Available all year round. Sizes over 60 mm, closed hat, packed in boxes of 2 kg and scale pans.
Oyster mushrooms – available all year round. Cultivated with modern methods, which makes them the highest quality product. Still underestimated on our tables. Packed in boxes of 1,5kg and 2 kg.
Shitake – more and more popular exoticism on our menu. Also thanks to its beneficial properties for health . Available all year round. Packed in boxes of 1,5kg and 2 kg.
Mix Exotic – Available throughout the year, packed in scale pans of 500g or in boxes of 1kg. They include : king oyster mushroom, Shitake, yellow oyster mushroom, pink oyster mushroom, grey oyster mushroom, brown mushroom.
FOREST MUSHROOMS
Golden chanterelle (Chanterelle) – the queen of the forest mushrooms, available from June to October. We guarantee the high quality of the product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
Podgrzybek - grzyb leśny dostępny od czerwca do października. Wysoka jakość produktu, który pochodzi wyłącznie z Polskich lasów. Dostępny w rozmiarach i opakowaniu wedle upodobań klienta.
Bay boletus – forest mushroom available from June to October. High quality product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
Boletus edulis – forest mushroom available from June to October. High quality product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
Craterellus cornucopioides – forest mushroom available from June to October. High quality product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
Cap boletus – forest mushroom available from June to October. High quality product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
Hydnum repandum – forest mushroom available from July to October. High quality product, which comes exclusively from Polish forests. Available in sizes and packaging according to customer’s preferences.
FRUITS
Forest berry – available from June to October. Packed in wooden baskets of 500g, 1kg or plastic cups. The product comes from Polish forests.
Blueberry – available from July to September. High quality product from certified Polish crops. Possibility of packaging according to the customer’s preferences, standard in scale pans of 125g, 250g, 500g or 4kg loose.
Raspberry – finesse of taste and aroma in a small and fragile fruit (from June to September)
Blackberry – black sister of raspberry, equally valuable, because of its pro-health properties (from July to September)
Cranberry – excellent in the form of meat preserves
Strawberry - fully summer fruit (from May to August)
Vegetables
Pepper – available from June to November in four colours: green, red, yellow, white. Packed in company cartons of 5kg or FlowPack.
Tomato - available from May to November, normally packed in a carton of 6kg. Polish product from technologically modern cultivation.
Green and yellow beans – only Polish product, packed in carton of 5kg or in wooden basket of 5kg. available from May to November.
Green, white and purple asparagus - available from April to July. The product comes from Polish cultivation. The possibility of packing in bunches of 125g, 250g, 500g or loose in the box.
Aubergine – a vegetable in an ink colour and with an excellent taste, ideal for barbecue (from June to October)
Zucchini – "little pumpkin" in italian. Ideal if baked, as an ingredient of lecso, and as a base for cakes (from July to September)
Iceberg lettuce – the most fragile among lettuces , ideal for sandwiches (from July to February)
Rhubarb – available from April, an unforgettable taste of childhood, ideal for cakes and preserves (from April to June)
